The Gracile offers all the benefits and advanced functions of the adult machine but with additional design features specifically for children.
- the gracile is fully adjustable to accommodate body heights from 90cms/ 36 inches upwards.
- as children's hips are far narrower than adults the machine is narrower in design. The distance between the footshells is 12cm compared to 16-24 cm for the full size models.
The gracile plays an important theraputic role for children with disabilities at home, UK schools and rehabilitation centres.
Suitable for: Cerebral palsy, spina bifida, brain injury, tetra and paraplegia, hemiplegia, muscular dystrophy, muscular diseases and children with heavy spasticity
