 Stephen has MS and his mobility has been severely affected by this illness. He has been confined to a wheelchair for the last ten years.

 He has been using the MOTOmed bike for over 3 years and has managed to maintain his mobility in his hands and arms. I believe that without this bike, his mobility would have deteriorated further and he would need more help doing simple things like changing channels on the TV.

The bike has been set up so that he does 15 minutes work out on his legs and 15 minutes on his arms. The speed can be adjusted so he gets a faster workout. It is very easy to change from leg workout to an arm workout. He loves the fact that the machine does the work and he still gets the benefit of having a workout
