Initially I used the MOTOmed at the brain injury rehabilitation unit in Bristol and since I departed from there I’ve had one at home. This is superb and gives me the option for daily exercise. MOTOmed has  assisted both my physical rehab and my mental health. At first I could not use arms so focused on my legs, but then with time I gradually rose through the levels and now I am on level 20 for both arms and legs.

 I would highly recommend MOTOmed for anyone and have benefited greatly from it, I would also recommend combining it with your favourite music.
