The MOTOmed LETTO unit has been very beneficial for our stroke patients from a psychological point of view as it has helped brake up long periods of inactivity on the ward. It has helped those patients that aren't capable of standing and mobilising get some much needed boost in confidence and motivation to improve. Patients have also reported to us on multiple occasions that they feel very relaxed in what is a stressful time for them during and after the mottomed sessions. For those patients that were avid gym goers this equipment has offered comfort and a boost  as they can use it like a gym session no matter what ability they have at that time. With the detailed analysis systems within the unit we have easily been able to monitor and show progress to patients which in turn gives them a positive mental boost.
