How MOTOmed is helping recovery from Long Covid

The Doncaster recovery program is helping those patients referred by their GP where any other medical issues have been ruled out and diagnosed with Long Covid. Many of them had Covid in the first wave in 2020. Their symptoms include chronic fatigue, breathlessness, pain, palpitations, anxiety and depression.
The MOTOmed Loop for arm and leg training has been with the programme 3 months, users with a range of conditions have shared their experience of the bike:-
