I have MS and diabetes and have been using the MOTOmed at my local leisure centre 2/3 times a week. When we went into lockdown and couldn’t go out I purchased by own MOTOmed. I have cycled over 10,000 miles. There are various programmes on the MOTOmed for all abilities. I wouldn’t be without it now, it has been very enjoyable.
