Since I had a stroke in September 21one of the most sensible things I have done was to purchase (with fabulous hire purchase terms) the Loop machine. Not only does it give a great workout to the major muscle groups helping to strengthen arms and legs, it also gives me a great daily aerobic work out at the same time. This is a machine that even before my stroke with the all around work out it gives I would have been delighted to use. I can’t recommend it highly enough for people who like myself are working towards regaining mobility and strength.
