Intensive care patients riding 100 miles on MOTOmed bikes

It's 'ICU Rehab Week' for the physio team and patients at The Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading. They're promoting the benefits of early rehabilitation for Intensive Care Unit patients with a virtual 100 mile MOTOmed ride from the Reading hospital to Durdle Dore in Dorset. Using both chair and bed use MOTOmed bikes they’ve made it
halfway already.... great effort.
Research shows that an effective early rehab programme can help ICU patients become functionally stronger and leave ICU and hospital quicker.
